THE KNITTING GODDESS HAND DYED YARNS

 

 The Knitting Goddess is an independent dyer of luxury knitting yarns, producing hand-dyed luxury yarns at a less than luxury price.

Our yarns are dyed in very small batches, which means that every skein is unique and unrepeatable – although if you fall in love with one of our colour ways but need more skeins than we have listed, please do get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

LUXURY KNITTING YARNS

There is something sensuous about using luxury yarns, such as cashmere and silk, but sometimes the expense of these luxury yarns can make them seem too extravagant for everyday use. Think again! Our cashmere, silk, and cashmere/silk blend yarns are affordable as well as good-looking, which means these top end of the market yarns no longer have to be an occasional treat.

SOCK YARN

If you’ve been bitten by the sock-knitting bug, we can help there too! The Knitting Goddess hand-dyes Superwash merino in more colours than you can shake a dpn at; so whether you’re searching for the natural colours of autumn, or have a penchant for hot pink, you will find exactly what you’re looking for here. If you don’t see what you want, contact us because we may be able to help.

LACE WEIGHT YARN

There seems to have been a renaissance in the fine art of lace knitting, with many of our clients knitting shawls and scarves. Our lace weight yarn is the very height of luxury; it creates stunning knitted lace and we will be posting some examples on the site soon.

At The Knitting Goddess, we know that we would be nothing without you, our customer. We are committed to providing excellent service and enjoy receiving your positive feedback. We don’t enjoy the other type of feedback so much, but we view complaints as opportunities to help us get better and better. So, if you think we’ve failed you in some way, please do let us know.

If you have any difficulty in placing an order or using the contact us form you can email us at theknittinggoddess AT manx DOT net . We can then answer your query or send you an invoice through paypal and get your order posted off to you.

STOCK LEVELS

Beside each item in the shop is a stock level and you can't order more than is in stock - so if we have one of an item you can't select and order two. However, the stock levels will only update once you check out - so you can go back to the same item and put it in your basket again. If this happens we'll email you to say we can dye more of the yarn for you, or that we don't have any more of that yarn available, but this may delay your order getting sent out to you. If you want more of an item than we have in stock then the easiest way is to email us and let us know what you'd like. We'll let you know what we can do as quickly as possible and tell you when we expect to be able to send your order out.

POSTAGE

We post worldwide for a flat charge of £1.75 to the UK and Europe and £2.75 to everywhere else no matter how much (or how little) you buy. Worldwide packages go airmail, so should reach you in 7 to 10 days.
