Delayed or Missing Parcels

We send all items out either first class post or airmail. UK parcels should arrive the next day, airmail within 5-7 days. We will always email you to let you know when your parcel will be sent and if for any reason this doesn't happen (our local post office has a lovely habit of closing at random times to balance), we'll email you again and the parcel will go next day.

If your parcel hasn't arrived 3 days after it was sent (within the UK) please check with your sorting office if they are holding a parcel for you. Most missing parcels are found this way, as cards don't seem to get left to tell you there's a parcel waiting.

Although we obtain proof of posting for each parcel this doesn't give us any ability to track your parcel. I'm always happy to confirm if other items sent on the same day have been receieved.

We cannot make any claim with the post office until 15 working days have passed from your parcel being posted, so no refunds or duplicate parcels will be offered during this time. Most parcels do turn up in this time period, so while it's hugely frustrating all round we need to ask you to wait. Overseas parcels cannot be considered missing by the post office for 3 months.

After 10 working days (for UK customers) we will refund your paypal account, and you can reorder. Doing this saves going back and forward about items which may not be in stock, and which may be going out of stock as discussions continue.

Refund Policy

We want you yo be happy with everything you buy from us - so if your parcel arrives and it isn't what you want we're happy to refund the purchase cost (less postage). We do not offer to exchange unwanted goods, however you are of course welcome to order other items.

Email us to let us know what you're returning, and we'll ask you to send the unwanted goods back to us and to obtain a proof of posting (which is free from your post office). As soon as the goods reach us we'll refund your paypal account. All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the goods being sent, and refunds can only be made if goods are in their original condition.

Payment Processing

Payments for purchases made on the site are managed and authorised by Paypal, meaning that we never need to see your financial details. We do not accept payment by cheque. You do not need to have a paypal account to make a paypal payment and we will accept e-cheques althiough we reserve the right to wait until your payment has cleared before dispatching your goods.
